Sno-Drift is the first stop on the 2007 Rally America National Championship. It’s a full-on snow and ice event through the back roads of northeastern lower Michigan.
100 ACRE WOOD | February 26-27
The 100 Acre Wood Rally is the second race of the Rally-America Championship Series and is known as one of the most scenic. Named after the storybook home of Winnie the Pooh, the 100 Acre Wood Rally is a picturesque race with enough twists and turns to test every driver’s ability. Set in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains of Missouri this race is always a favorite due to its pristine surroundings and fast, tight roads. Although you won’t see Winnie the Pooh or any of his friends, you will see some of the best rally driving on some of the best rally roads in North America.
OLYMPUS RALLY | April 24-25
The Olympus Rally was part of the first US Rally Championship held in 1973. It later became a World Rally Championship from 1986- 1988. Now, in 2007, it is part of Rally America’s Championship Series and we look forward to seeing how the drivers of today will handle the rugged forest terrain and unpredictable Pacific Northwest Weather. With some of the greatest names in rally, such as John Buffum, Rod Millen, and Hannu Mikkola having won this race in the past, today’s drivers have a lot to live up to and some pretty big shoes to try and fill.
OREGON TRAIL RALLY | May 14-16
The third race on Rally AmericaÂ’s schedule, Oregon Trail takes place in the woods outside the city of Portland. With fast stretches combined with twisting wooded runs through the Tillamook State Forest this rally is always packed with excitement. The lush, wet woods provide trees and ditches galore that are constant worries for the drivers and their co-drivers. This rally is very fan friendly with spectator sites scattered all along the course.
SUSQUEHANNOCK TRAIL PERFORMANCE RALLY | June 4-5
One of the oldest rallies on the schedule, Susquehannock Trail (commonly known as STPR) first began in 1977. It is not only the oldest, but it is also the fastest rally in North America. With roads consisting of clay and gravel, the course is slippery, fast and extremely dangerous. Drivers travel at speeds reaching 100 MPH through densely wooded roads. The speeds combined with the dangerous course ensure that this rally is not for the feint at heart.
NEW ENGLAND FOREST RALLY | July 16-17
Rough and rugged logging roads with some of the longest stage roads on the circuit set the tone for the Maine Forest rally. Always a favorite with drivers due to the technical demands of the course, this rally is also a crowd pleaser because of its stunning scenery and wildlife. Quintessential northeastern settings such as winding creeks and one lane bridges add not only beauty to the race, but also added excitement when encountered by drivers at breakneck speeds.

OJIBWE FORESTS | August
Smooth, fast roads, fantastic weather, and nighttime stages make this 6th rally on the circuit one of the best for spectators. It is also a late season chance for drivers to up their points within the Championship Series and push for a top standing at the end of the season.
LAKE SUPERIOR | October
Based at the northern tip of Michigan’s northern or “ Upper Peninsula”, locals will refer to it as “dah U.P”. Lake Superior surrounds the rally route which is HQ’d in Houghton, Michigan. This is classic rally that truly tests every element of a rally driver’s talent behind the wheel. rally
