STI which is the high-performance division of Subaru has just launched the very exclusive 2013 WRX STI tS TYPE RA. Only 500 total examples will be built and those will be limited to the Japanese market. Subaru Canada, Inc. is pleased to announce that Subaru Rally Team Canada maintains a five-point lead towards the championship after Rallye Baie Des Chaleurs this past weekend in New Richmond, Quebec. Sebastien Loeb shattered the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb record on Sunday with a breath-taking time of 8mins 13.878secs in his Peugeot 208 T16 Pikes Peak. Ostberg’s Ford Fiesta RS WRC had to have the A-pillar section of its rollcage cut out and replaced during last week’s Olbia-based event, as it sustained damage in a crash on the Friday of the rally.
