As per the August 2023 sales report for the US market, the Forester is currently ranked in third place. With 69,151 deliveries to its name, Subaru’s compact-sized crossover lags behind the Outback (96,907 units) and newly redesigned Crosstrek (99,262 units). Although the marketing folks claim the 2024 Subaru Crosstrek has been completely redesigned, there isn’t exactly a night-and-day difference next to its predecessor. My first car was a 2003 Volkswagen Passat. It was, without a doubt, an irredeemable heap of crap. But it was also a gateway drug. The U.S. state of Indiana could well become the most-favoured location for Subaru (7270.T) to establish an electric vehicle production site in the world’s biggest economy, the Japanese automaker’s chief executive said.
