Defending Rally America Champion David Higgins overcame both extraordinary and unexpected adversity at the Ojibwe Forests Rally to finish 2nd Overall in his 2013 Subaru WRX STI. Having aced the crash test from Insurance Institute for Highway Safety and earning the highest rating of Top Safety Pick+, the 2014 Subaru Forester headed over to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration for a date with destruction. Subaru-brand sales in the U.S. are up 27% in the first seven months of 2013, more than three times the market overall.
