The Subaru BRZ is a front-engine, rear-wheel-drive sports car. Developed together with the Scion FR-S (called the Toyota 86 in other markets), the BRZ is one of the products of a joint effort between Subaru and Toyota. Its competitive set includes a wide range of smaller, leaner sports cars such as the Nissan 370Z, Hyundai Genesis Coupe, Mazda MX-5 Miata, or even the Porsche Cayman.
