Volunteering at the Headwaters Rally

Headwaters this year is a non-spectating event, so if you want to check the action, you will have to work the event. This is, however, a cool way to spectate as you are actually part of the rally. At its core, rally volunteering is about community. It’s about people coming together from all walks of life, united by their passion for speed, teamwork, and excitement. Headwaters Experience

Headwaters is a club event, which are smaller in scale and typically focused on a regional level. These events allow local and amateur drivers to participate and gain experience in a competitive environment. So, what is it like to compete in this event? The state of Minnesota boasts the biggest percentage of people with Finnish ancestry in the country. The terrain is similar.… Read More →

New Subaru Ascent promises to excite three-row crossover buyers

Subaru plugs a big gap in its lineup this year with the debut of the new Ascent crossover. A three-row gap to be precise. The midsize 2019 Ascent ($31,995) is Subaru’s largest vehicle and its second attempt to crash the three-row party. A previous effort, the Tribeca, failed to excite buyers. That won’t be a problem with the Ascent. Certainly, it checks all the right boxes. Read More →
